1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777ap" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://777ap.org and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile browser interface, and any application through which 777ap services are accessed.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

2.2 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have provided truthful date-of-birth information during registration.

If a User is found to be under the age of 18, the account will be suspended immediately, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and deposited funds may be returned less any amounts already wagered, at 777ap's sole discretion.

2.4 You further represent that participation in online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are physically located at the time of use. You are solely responsible for ascertaining and complying with applicable local laws before registering or placing any wager on 777ap.

3. Account Registration

3.1 To access the full range of Services, you must register a single account on 777ap using your Pakistani mobile number. Multiple accounts created by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.

3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Pakistan.

3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 777ap will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security. You should enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available in your account security settings.

3.4 You must not register an account on behalf of another person or allow a third party to use your account.

4. KYC & Identity Verification

4.1 777ap is required to verify the identity of its users as a condition of operating a responsible platform. All accounts must complete KYC verification before withdrawals are processed.

4.2 KYC verification requires submission of: (a) a clear photograph or scan of both sides of a valid CNIC; (b) a selfie photograph of the account holder holding their CNIC alongside a handwritten note showing the current date; and (c) confirmation that the payment method (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank account) is registered to the same CNIC as the 777ap account.

4.3 All KYC documents are stored on encrypted servers and accessed only by authorised compliance personnel. Refer to the Privacy Policy for full details of data handling.

4.4 777ap reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 777ap accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Bank Alfalah transfer, Visa Debit, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods may be updated from time to time.

5.2 The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfer methods. Maximum deposit limits are displayed in your account dashboard and may vary depending on your verification tier.

5.3 Deposits are credited to your PKR Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 777ap is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems, network outages, or carrier issues affecting JazzCash or Easypaisa.

5.4 All funds deposited with 777ap must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Use of a payment method belonging to another individual is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

5.5 777ap does not accept cash deposits or payments made via money order, cheque, or any form of anonymous prepaid instrument.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. 777ap may request that withdrawals be processed to a verified bank account (HBL, UBL, Meezan, or Bank Alfalah) where the mobile wallet withdrawal limit has been reached.

6.2 KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. Partially verified accounts may deposit but cannot withdraw until full KYC approval is confirmed.

6.3 Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during business days, subject to compliance review. Complex cases may require up to 72 hours.

6.4 777ap reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 777ap may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or promotional incentives to registered Users. All promotions are subject to individual terms and wagering requirements that will be stated clearly at the time of the offer.

7.2 Bonus funds and free bets are issued for entertainment purposes and must meet the applicable wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.

7.3 Bonus abuse — which includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account closure.

7.4 777ap reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 All bets and wagers placed on 777ap are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market or game, as displayed within the Platform. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these general Terms, the specific rules shall prevail.

8.2 Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User. Cricket betting markets including PSL, bilateral series, and international T20 and ODI markets are subject to event-specific settlement rules.

8.3 In the event of a palpable error in odds or game settings (including manifest errors in pricing of cricket, UFC, or NFL markets), 777ap reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the account holder's PKR Balance.

8.4 Live casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or by physical game outcomes (cards, roulette wheel) in the case of live dealer games. 777ap does not manipulate game outcomes.

8.5 In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting session, 777ap will investigate using available server logs and apply a fair resolution in accordance with its dispute resolution procedure.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 777ap:

• Registration of more than one account per individual
• Use of automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game or market outcomes
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or pricing errors for systematic gain
• Using the Platform to conduct money laundering or any other financial crime
• Facilitating account access by a person under the age of 18
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct towards support staff

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the 777ap Platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of 777ap or its licensed content providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, or transmitted without prior written consent from 777ap.

10.2 The 777ap brand name and logo are proprietary. Use of these marks without authorisation is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

12.2 Self-exclusion results in immediate closure of your account for a period chosen by you (minimum 6 months). During a self-exclusion period, 777ap will not permit re-registration and will return any unplayed balance to your verified payment method.

13. Account Suspension & Termination
